Bookings for children’s parties provide the exclusive use of the Centre including the playing area, foyer and kitchen. Please note the kitchen does not have an oven or food warming facilities.
Where tables from the kitchen are moved to the foyer they must be cleaned and returned to the kitchen at the end of the party. Tablecloths are not provided.
Folding tables are available for use in the foyer. These are kept in the Centre storeroom. Party organisers are responsible to set up the tables, if required, and when finished ensure they are clean, folded and returned to the storeroom.
Cricket stumps and football goal posts are provided. No balls or other equipment is provided.
The cost for parties for children of primary and intermediate age is $40 per hour with a minimum charge of $80. Payment must be made on or before the day of the party. Payments by bank transfer can be made to the Trust’s account 01 0771 0090876 00 with the organiser’s name in the reference field.
Requests to use the Centre for college age children’s parties will be assessed on a case by case basis. A charge of $55 per hour with a minimum of $110 would apply for any party for college age children.
Once a booking has been accepted by the Trust at least 2 hours notice of cancellation is required. Failure to provide the necessary notice will result in the full amount of the booking being charged.
No food or drink, other than water, is allowed in the playing area.
Rubbish bags will be provided. Party organisers are responsible to ensure all rubbish is removed and the Centre is left tidy at the end of the party.
The Trust does not allow alcohol to be consumed in the Centre.
